Shipping & Policies

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product you are ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.


What is your return / exchange policy?

All sales are final. We generally do not accept casual exchanges, as your item may have been made to order especially for you. Quality materials are always used and great care is taken to create your item. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please read information contained in each listing carefully and contact us via email with any additional questions or concerns before purchasing.

If we have made a mistake, please message us and we will try to make it right. If you desired style/size is not available at the time of your return, we are happy to offer an alternative or issue a store credit to cover the purchase cost. Please notify us right away if there is a problem or defect with your product. Prior to sending a return, please contact us for authorization. Customer pays return shipping. We do not refund the original shipping fees.

In the event you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at least 24 hours. refunds may take up to 5 business days to post to your account, and payments made via PayPal e-check cannot be refunded until payments are released, sometimes taking up to 5 business days.

All international orders and clearance items are considered final sale.

How long will it take to receive my order?

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email address provided upon ordering. Our shipping time frame is 2-3 weeks. Domestic orders go by Priority Mail/International orders go by First Class Mail. 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Drops of Color is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to double check the address entered at checkout to be sure that it is your current address. Orders shown as “delivered” will not be replaced. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international. Please note that refunds are not issued by Drops of Color on lost packages.
